How much does a wedding cost at the Whimsical Key West House?

Our wedding and reception packages range in price depending on the number of guests.  We’re happy to share specifics during your tour, just give us a call or complete our contact form to schedule your visit.

We also offer services for corporate, engagement parties, bridal  and baby showers.

 

Will there be another event on the same day?

At the Whimsical Key West House, we only allow one event per day to give complete exclusivity of the venue to you and your guests.

 

I am interested in visiting The Whimsical Key West House. Do I need an appointment?

Yes, you may request a tour by completing our contact form.

 

How many guests does your venue hold?

Whimsical Key West House can accommodate up to 200 guests. 

 

What is the end times for events?

We are in a residential area and follow a noise ordinance that requires music and events to end by 11pm.

 

Is the parking on site?

Our packages for 50+ guests include valet parking.

 

Do you host overnight guests?

We do not host overnight guests. We do give the bridal party early access to the property to get ready in our bridal and groom suites.

 

Does the rental fee include tables, chairs, catering, etc.?

We give you the opportunity to hire your own catering company, most include in their packages tables and chairs. The caterer must provide us with a Certificate of Liability insurance. If you are planning on serving alcohol at your event, the caterer’s insurance must include Liquor Liability.

 

How many hours does my rental fee include?

We offer several options based on your needs. Please complete our contact form to schedule a tour so we may go over the details of your event. We only book one event per day.

 

Can I request to put up a tent if it looks like it’s going to rain on the day of my event?

At the moment, the Whimsical Key West house is an outdoor only venue with limited covered areas. If you wish to tent your event, you must hire a licensed and insured tent company. Tents must be secured by water-barrels and are not allowed to be staked into the grass or damage any property. Tents must be installed and removed on the same day of the event.
